• Contact & business information: name, email, phone, company and shipping address — provided when you order, request a quote or contact us.
• Order data: the parts, quantities and prices of your purchases, and the shipment tracking associated with them.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never receive or store card numbers. We keep only the payment reference needed to service your order.
• Usage data: basic first-party analytics about how the site is used (searches, page views). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How We Use It

• To process, fulfill, ship and invoice your orders, and keep you informed of their status.
• To respond to inquiries, quotes (RFQs) and problem reports.
• To improve the catalog and site (e.g. which searches return no results).
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, export control) and resolve disputes.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), FedEx (shipping labels and customs documentation), our component suppliers and warehouses (your shipping details accompany fulfillment orders where required to deliver to you), our ERP and email systems, and public authorities where required by law. In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The site uses minimal browser storage: your shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage, and essential cookies support site functions (such as the admin area). We do not run third-party advertising cookies. You can clear or block storage in your browser settings; the cart will not persist if you do.

6. Order Links & Security

Order status pages use signed links so only recipients of your confirmation email can view them. We apply industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls and hardened infrastructure — to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.

7. Retention & Your Rights

We retain order and invoicing records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (where not subject to a retention obligation), or object to specific processing, by writing to info@zephyr-t.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
